Pro's and Con's
Avid beat em player here giving his first impressions.
Pro's
Good setting
Decent Story premise and strait forward
Graphics are good
Game Art style is great
The MC is likeable
Over the top cutscenes and tutorials which I really like
Doesn't take itself too seriously
Con's
Control buttons are badly mapped for placement in a beat em up game
Hit boxes are all over the place you dunno if you're blocking the attack or not
Blocking still you get damage
Better and Proper hitbox detection
No HP indicators on enemies
The parry block needs work, to do the groggy finisher it's almost just luck
Voice acting needs work
Meme references aside it's not really a bad thing, but it needs more originality why the final boss in the demo is threat to the class and school, in short have a story and motivation for the villain not just meme him as the bad guy, a motivated villain makes the hero look good.
Overall the game looks promising with some polish especially on the controls, cheap enemy hitboxes REALLY needs work.
