Parallactis zorophanes is a moth in the family Autostichidae. It was described by Anthonie Johannes Theodorus Janse in 1954. It is found in South Africa.The wingspan is about 15 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is cream with ochraceous-buff markings. The hindwings are whitish, irrorated (sprinkled) with cream.
