The new addition of a scenario editor has allowed me to try out a new test. What if I made a small park and filled it with people, food, drinks and rides but didn't have a single toilet in the park? How long would they last?

It appears that the happiness and rating of the park fell, but people could continue to operate without toilets. So then I did the next test, if we placed a toilet, what is the maximum charge that someone would be willing to pay to use the toilets.

Answer: About $17.20
