By traveling to the Ghar Station Mem you can find a lad by the name of Purgav north of the porticulum and up the debris on the right. He will offer the story quest "Of Dreams and Nightmares". Purgav asks you to visit the new Ghar Memory Extractor outside of Ghar Station Rosh.
