When you finally wake up, turn around and go to the vending machine. Hit the button once to get a bunch of Green Gel. Next, head left and start exploring the side rooms. There will be some ammo, and other various items laying around. Once cleared out, head to Joseph. After noting that you must help Kidman, look on the desk beside the bed, as you will see a Personal Document.

After grabbing it, the mirror will crack. Go in it and grab the Newspaper from the stand. It's the only item here this time, so finish up and leave when you are done. When you finally exit the mirror, turn right and jump down. You will see red panels on the wall. These are used to activate the acid traps, so make sure to disable them if you like to be alive. The vending machine will also have some Green Gel for you.

Proceed down the hall, and at the end a brief scene will occur as you see a subway car. Follow the path after it ends and you will see an elevator. Shoot the broken cable, then climb down. Climb through the vent, and once you jump down, you will see the Safe Head enemy. Make sure you stealth walk so you can disarm the traps as you go down the hall.
Head into the first room you see to grab a bunch of items. The next few areas are filled with enemies. All of them can be sneak killed if you take your time. The most important ones to deal with are the Ruvik clones. If you can sneak kill them, it saves you a lot of ammo and hassle. Watch out, as you kill enemies, a new one will spawn from down the hall where you originally entered this area, in an attempt to flank you.
While dealing with all the enemies, be mindful of traps. There are a couple acid ones, and a few bombs scattered about. On top of this, several of the enemies carry weapons, like crossbows and guns. Once you do finally kill everyone, make sure to do a quick sweep through the area to grab any items you may of missed.

When you are finally ready to proceed, head down the hall and jump down the staircase. You will get to the next floor, but watch out for those traps! You will also hear Safe Head. Make sure for the next few minutes you constantly sneak, so you can avoid a fight. When you get near his room, watch out, as there is a very well hidden trip wire just before the hole in the wall.

If you wait outside his room long enough, he will eventually leave, allowing you to freely grab items. Once he is gone, look up at the hole in the ceiling. There is a Key statue there. Make sure to loot the rest of the room after grabbing it, then proceed down the hall, disarming all the traps along the way. At the end, you will need to turn right and follow the rats into the vents. When you exit the vent, turn right to grab some Green Gel.
Go back the other way and you will spot the boss. Crawl along the crumbling edge, and start jumping down to the various sections beneath you. Eventually you will find a silver briefcase with some ammo in it. Enter the hall after this, and you will find a blood marked door. Go up to it and you will speak to a man, after which you will be drawn into the hospital. While there, make sure to check the bulletin board for a Missing Person Poster. After that, you can finish up here and leave through a mirror.

Leave the room and walk into the door that opened in front of you. Jump down and pick up all the items and leave the room. Turn right, disarm the trap and look up. On the box is a Key statue.
After grabbing the key, turn around. The red glowing is actually an enemy with bombs on him, so shoot him from a distance. After he explodes, another will burst from the door on the right, so be prepared to kill him as well. Enter the door he came out of, and you will find several items. At the end of this path is a Map Fragment. (You can also access the Map Fragment by opening the door just before the one that enemy comes out of, as it is right on the other side of the door.) Once you have it, walk back and leave this cluttered room and turn right.
At the end of the hall is another vent, so crawl through it and jump down into the next room, filled with jars. There is some Green Gel here as well, so make sure to grab it.The next room has some more items, and once you have them, climb up the stairs and into the next room. Here you will see a short scene as Joseph runs past and Ruvik appears.
When he does, the room will turn red and a bunch of traps appear. From where you start, turn right and then immediately left and walk to the end of this counter. There is going to be a statue for you to smash and obtain a Key.

Your goal here is to get to the door that shut, but there are several traps along the way. Watch out for the numerous trip wires, each of which will end in death if you trip it. You will also see green spinning razors on the ground. You can actually kill these, but only with the electric crossbow bolts. It might be worth killing them, but don't linger for too long, as they will respawn.
