Also: I MUST APOLOGISE. Again! While I recorded this video, someone called, and due to a quirk in the capture software I was unable to edit that out before exporting. However, I had to export to Windows Movie Maker, where I kind of forgot to edit it out... I'll put in some annotations, tell you when and how far you need to jump ahead.
