Lol I don't know why they decided to lock the Frame Rate to 30 FPS on some Places/Occurrences/Cutscenes/Events which kinda sucks for me because my device is capable of running the whole game at 60 FPS.

So I tried Searching it's FPS code and tried to freeze it at 60 FPS and it works!

This trick might also work on non-rooted device with Parallel space app. You can just search here in YouTube on how to use GameGuardian using Parallel space.
