First of all, this is not how I found the FPS initially.
I found it by searching Dword = 30 during Exploration then Dword = 24 during Cutscenes, yes it's 24 FPS during Cutscenes...
Oh and there's a Side Effect where you will walk slower when the game Runs at 60 FPS...


How about PS Vita?
Yes I found the FPS code on Vita too but there's no hope because the FPS is still 30 and makes the game runs slower and the code's address changes when you restart the game...

This trick might also work on non-rooted device with Parallel space app. You can just search here in YouTube on how to use GameGuardian using Parallel space.
