Ok, I did this performance test to check if Patch 1.1 improved performance over Patch 1.05, and I see no improved performance at all, even the Min FPS is lower than Patch 1.05, not by much, but is not better! Patch 1.1 looks like a really bad joke, I was hoping more, much more, plenty of bugs are not even fixed, and they introduced more problems... Also I noticed now in Patch 1.1 texture streaming is broken? Now some PS2 texture quality are loading up? (see Thumbnail or at 08:51, difficult to see, you must slow down playback to capture the moment ) What is up with this CDPR ? Patch 1.1 is worst! Anyway, the test is at 4K with RTX 3090.
