Minor buffs/nerfs aren't mentioned here. I'm aware that some of the nerfed characters got a small buff, and vice versa, but Wolf is the only notable case where he had both major buffs and nerfs.

Lots of mult-hits fixed, too.

There is a reason I word MAJOR BUFFS and NOTEWORTHY NERFS. There are a lot of minor, one-off buffs and nerfs, but I feel like the graphic would be misleading if I put Joker in the buffs section, next to a drastically-buffed character like Ryu.
