Sad news for HH believer , it seem GGG changed the code for Ancient Orb in recent patch.

Ok. Why this myth making people to believe at first?

First of all , GGG has confirmed that in order to chancing unique , you need to have a base that have an ilvl equal or higher than the level that the item would drop, (http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/459458/page/7) which the same logic may apply to ancient orb.

But sadly, from my video, instead of forcing my Storm Cloud, which is the lowest character level 2x4 sized unique bow to next available unique bow Roth's Reach, the Ancient orb also skipped Doomfletch (and skipping Xoph's Inception is expected as it is a Breach item) to give me Death's Harp instead.
