In this Path of Exile Ascendancy guide I share an AoE Elemental Templar Hierophant build that is perfect for new leagues Hardcore or Standard. Less than budget, this build is viable and even strong with self found gear making it a great choice to begin the expansion and farm some currency for other builds. It's also pretty tanky and easy to play - perfect for beginner PoE players.

My recommended setup is the Storm Call + Orb of Storms because it's very easy to play, fast clearing and great damage thanks to all the buffs Storm Call has gotten. However, this build also works as Ball Lightning, Shock Nova, Flameblast, Glacial Cascade, Ice Nova & Magma Orb. And you could easily rework it into something like Arc by dropping some AoE nodes.
