This build excels in mobility, range and generating frenzy charges for empowered spear attacks. Lightning spear decimates early maps endgame and a salvo of Frenzied Explosive Spears quickly melts bosses.

We rock 100% crit chance combined with Snipers mark and passives that focuses on frenzy charges

I'm quite excited because they have announced that they will be adding a new support gem that makes attacks not consume the charge, which is perfect for this build. Storm lance is used as a charge generator.

When mapping simply throw Lightning Spears around with the occasional Sniper's Mark

When bossing, throw storm lances down, then snipers mark. The storm lances will generate charges from the Snipers Mark. Then throw as many Explosive Spears as possible and rinse and repeat.
