'Instant damage' bow skills like Split Arrow, Lightning Arrow and Ice Shot perform very poorly at low and medium investment.

I think this is a problem, and have a couple of suggestions (mostly related to helping players 'grow out of' using damage projection supports like Greater Multiple Projectiles as their gear gets better).

This is my opinion, not anything about balance announcements from GGG. (I'll cover the actual announcements extensively when they start)
