Path of Exile will be getting a patch very soon that will double the drop rate of uncommon and rare uniques - the more interesting and build defining tiers of items. Super-rare items like Koam's Heart and Shavronne's will also be seeing a drop rate buff of 20%. In this video I explain the changes, why they are happening and what it will mean for the game.
