Just a recap of the cities I had at the end of the game. Despite my best efforts I was unable to get all my kingdoms in the 10 range. I had focused mostly on adventuring and leveling my party. Think most of mine was in the 7's - and 8's, might have had one or two that was 10. However in order to get the best ending you had to have your kingdom overall at a 10. It is a very difficult game, that expects a lot from you, but its a great game all the same.
