3Maevis is a lady elf who has run away from her community after the unexpected death of her parents.
Steeped in a culture of hunting since her birth, Maevis once tried to demonstrate her abilities by hunting a deadly monster alone.
An accident occurred in the lead-up to the encounter and Maevis' parents sacrificed their lives to salvage hers.
Maevis was overcome with grief. In spite of the loving community that was there to support her, Maevis felt that she had no place amongst them.
Her folly led to the death of her loved once. Henceforth, she would embark on a lonesome journey to rediscover herself.
Maevis is one who would not hesitate to whip out her knives to support those who intend to buck trends and forge their own path.
Her God is Ketephys. Maevis is not the most devout religious follower, but her hunting ability was cultivated by her community's interpretation of Ketephys' techings.
Will Maevis begin to trust her own abilities and judgement again? Can she learn to live with her fortuitous company?
In part 2, we shall encounter the Technic League and discover the mysteries of the fog that envelops the Stolen Lands.
