This is part 1 of our Spooky month community redraw! I mean, it's releasing after spooky month, but the submissions came in during October :P

Anyway, Professor Dresden Oakland has been hard at work creating the Redemption Arc Support Foundation and it has moved along fast enough that they already have patients on site.
