After not really playing Minecraft for quite a few years (other than attempting to play it with Autumn for a few days a while back, which didn't last terribly long), I decided it was about time to come back to this game. So Joel and I set off in search of an interesting place to set up a base.

I've not seen the majority of the stuff added to vanilla since the combat update in 2016, but this is a playthrough with some mods added, and they'll be the main focus for most of this series. The main ones are Industrialcraft (machines and automation), Thaumcraft (gathering and casting magic), and Galacticraft (space travel), but there's a handful of other things added too.
