Now I've spend a load of money to expand in other cities in the previous episode, it's time to calm down on the expenses again and make sure everything works out well before going into expanding again.
That means I will have to take over the industries and houses in Bruges and Cologne as they have been put up on an auction already, but after that it's time to work at the financial balance again. Main reason: My tax balance is crossing the 200K now, while there are also cities demanding a payment for when the new townwall is finished.
The good thing - for me at least - is that I managed to gather and deliver enough materials for that land-route. Now I just hope it's finished in time.

What's also nice, is that I managed to defeat several pirates. And as a result end up with several captured ships too. Which mean that the first steps to get the last HUB being build are being taken.
