It's still a war-support for France in their fight against Spain and I'm still struggling to find their convoys. I'm also getting tired of seeing the messages of cities lacking resources, so what I've begun to do is setting up an Armed Convoy to trade with the Dutch cities. At least that way I may be able to get the flow of goods going again.

Only problem, I will need escort ships for that and those are exactly the ones I'm missing. So I've begun to hunt down Spanish convoys while they're at full health. It's a more risky approach, as I found out not that much later.

I also made the mistake of missing the meaning of the message of the French Vice-Roy, which made me wonder why I wasn't getting the next assignment to capture a city. But once I did understand it, the attack and the capturing as a result was quite easily done.
