I didn't have in mind to do this already, but I was forced to start the last HUB as the game put multiple of my ships under repair; without a spare convoy to replace them.
So I had to use one of my expedition convoys for it, which was the one in Stettin. And since that one had the goods designated for an office and some industries in there, it also meant I had to activate the Lübeck HUB before things were running in the positive.

I'm curious as what will happen next, as I will need the support of the other two HUBs to keep it going; while both of the other two HUBs aren't able to support itself well enough by itself yet.

Still, I'm two cities closer to having an office in all cities; which was one of my goals at the start of this series.
