Some of us had an issue in this test of a graphical effect similar to motion blur that we could not disable via the in-game settings. This video demonstrates what it looked like, how to fix it, and how it looks after the fix has been employed. Essentially, go to this location:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\PaxDei\Saved\Config\WindowsClient

Modify the GamerUserSettings.ini file, change the sg.PostProcessQuality=2 line so that it =0
