There's plenty of videos that shows you how to do Mallcrasher in about 30-45 seconds. Most of those videos are before Update 11. This footage is recorded after update 12.

To be able to make it work like in the video you need the skill "Blast Radius." You don't have to Ace it but if you do it will be easier and potentially faster.
- The Pear Store only gives you about $5.000 so it's not worth going there anymore.
- The Liquor Store was worth $25.000 before update 11. After update 12 that's only worth about $5.000 if even that.
