0Getting 1.04 In 2024 was a chore in itself.
Finally though, I was able to get the 2021 patch (via steam console). There was times where it just didn't work and others when it would freeze when installing. Then after installing it successfully, streaming it on obs was a problem because it lagged too much! Then, I made the switch to streamlabs, and it worked fine. I don't really care. I'm just happy I'm finally able to play this game on my pc, the way I've wanted to ever since I first heard about the speedrun. This isn't a bad time for a start eiether. Everything seemed good except the hops to the staircase in fazerblast. It took me a few tries, but thankfully this run, It didn't take me THAT long. And I discovered an easier way to do fazerblast with the hops. Simply find a bot, then get a game over during it. After this, Chica will despawn, allowing you to try to get the wall hops without the risk of death. It works nicely. But there's a faster way to do this beyond the stair clip. You can skip the door to fazerblast, and fall down to the pipe room. Here, you can just run to the stairs like that, instead of having to "play" a round of fazerblast. I'll have to learn that next, but I'm not done just yet. I can probably push the time down to 5 minutes at least. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/cubbycubbycatalt
