PBA Tour Bowling 2001 - Dreamcast Prototype
0In another example of a cancelled console version of a PC game, here we have PBA Tour Bowling 2001, developed and published by Bethesda Softworks. And yes, this is the same Bethesda behind The Elder Scrolls, Fallout 4 and their most recent game, Starfield.
Unfortunately there was no information on what was the reason for the cancellation of the Dreamcast version, which is a shame, because this would have been the first (and only) bowling game on the Dreamcast. Heck, the game would have even allowed cross-platform play, which would have meant that those who have the PC version can compete against Dreamcast players over the internet. But alas, it never came to be...
