2這是第一次；也是最後一次在戰役模式中指揮肯恩之印這個Nod分支派系，這支部隊全是Cabal時期建造的生化機械人大軍，步兵相當強悍，唯一明顯的弱點在於沒有噴火武器(換成性能較弱的噴灑液態泰伯倫毒液)；拆房子性能較弱
Dlc的難度幾乎都體現在初期，前期還沒有完整的基地防衛時很容易被AI的頻繁攻勢衝垮，但是撐過去後就簡單多了
兩個支線都可以幫助玩家減少敵人的壓力，一個是破壞發電廠；另一個是破壞山區坑道的入口，最後的主要威脅就是東北方的山谷定時出現的GDI部隊，而我方在這任務中面對的GDI部隊目視可確認是GDI與ZOCOM的混合勢力
最後階段時除了預備一支大軍在防護罩失效後殺進去，也要準備一名工兵在塔西圖斯進入自毀倒數階段時盡快把實驗室佔領
過了約20多年；塔西圖斯終於回到了肯恩手上，一個願景，一個目的，和平來自力量!
キャンペーンモードで「マークド・オブ・ケインの陣営」を指揮するのは、今回が初めてで最後です。この部隊は、カバル時代に製造されたサイバネティックロボットの大軍で構成されています。歩兵部隊は非常に強力ですが、唯一の弱点は火炎放射器を持たないことです（代わりに、より低性能の液体タイベリウム毒噴射器が装備されています）。また、家屋の破壊能力もあまり高くありません。

最終段階では、防護シールドが崩壊した後に突入する大軍を準備するだけでなく、タクティウスが自爆のカウントダウンに入ったときにできるだけ早く研究室を占領するエンジニアも準備する必要があります。
20年以上の時を経て、タクティウスはついにケインへと帰還しました。一つのビジョン、一つの目的、力による平和！
