之後便會有本作品唯一的雙結局選擇；雷蒙執行長鼓吹著要我們使用泰伯倫炸彈，而傑克將軍則希望我們不要使用那可怕的新武器，由這邊也可以看出來誰才是真正為人類著想
如果選擇了執行長的意見，便會像00:39:00那樣，一發炸彈直接結束任務，而我們也成了死神；世界的毀滅者，在這之後泰伯倫的問題只會更難以處理
選擇了將軍的意見，便會比較辛苦；但我更喜歡將軍那鐵漢柔情的表現，因為目標的控制節點有大量的戰艦盤旋，加上節點本體的體力也很高，遠程轟炸是比較安全的做法，離子軌道砲一發不夠，可以讓狙擊手溜到附近替裝甲神兵開視野，但附近的Scrin基地最好要有一定程度的破壞
