73Delaying games due to bugs is perfectly fine.
What is not fine, however, is if the game gets delayed so many times that it's 16 months old on the console version.
The date was set to January 27th, and that was a promised date by Rockstar. March 24th is way too long, because it's 5 months after the supposed November 18th.
