An excellent alternative to the Goujian weapon is the War Spear of Indoril Danvas because of its Absorb Spear effect, Reynard will not resist it, and the effect stacks until its duration expires.
Done in OpenMW.

The plan is to buff our long blade skill as high as possible (here to 130) and agility as high as possible (here to 150), having high luck helps with accuracy, as well.
You need enough accuracy to punch through Reynard's high agility and 25 Sanctuary from his amulet, which is the challenge here. Once he's defeated, the lich should be a nonfactor.

This is basically how you can do this fight (the hardest I know of in TR) as a full warrior build, by stacking weapon skill and agility buffs, with a bit of Fortify Attack on top.
The Goujian is found in the Entrenched Shipwreck west of Telvannis in a deep underwater trench.
A Her Hand's Right Gauntlet can be found in the Ilvi Ancestral Tomb west of Old Ebonheart.
The Left Fist of Randagulf is found in Ilunibi, Soul's Rattle.
A Shrine of Vivec's Fury can be found in the High Fane in Vivec City.
The Belt of Sanguine Hewing is found in Assernerairan in the St. Olms Underworks in Vivec City.

Other items worth using for this fight are the Hunter's Amulet of Strength, Scroll of Warrior's Blessing, Stendarran Belt, Septim Ring, Keening or Sunder if you have them (and appropriately high skills), and even a Steel Jinkblade of the Aegis.
Summoned weapons and the Skull Crusher are good alternatives if lacking the Goujian or War Spear of Indoril Danvas.
Exclusive Fortify Attack potions and the Potion of Heroism go a long way here. You can also make your own fortify attack potions using ghoul hearts and golden sedge flowers.
