This soundtrack has been composed by Ryu Takami and Ryu Umemoto. It sounds utterly incredible.
Due to the way the third FM channel has been utilized in many of the game's tracks, it is - for the lack of better term, frequently carrying multiple audio channels at once inside it.
There is methods for splitting them out, but I don't consider myself to have the expertise necessary to do this properly.
