This is Part 4 of the fantastically fun Michael Washington: a PCH scammer who I baited for 1.5 months, liberated 20 money mules (of which 17 were victims and 3 criminals).

Michael 1, Michael 2... Michael Zero. During this and other PCH scambaits I realized that the scammers were stealing victims and victim lists from each other and in some cases selling them in some king of repository / marketplace... My characters have been passed around from PCH scammer to PCH scammer on at least 5 occasions so far.
