The police hit this guy close to 10 times, probably more, before he falls to the
ground. The timestamps below are approximate, some of the hits are only a
few frames apart. If you slow down the youtube video to 0.25% speed it
will be much easier to see what I'm talking about.

This is one of the craziest videos I have seen. You always hear tales of
guys pumped up on drugs just taking rounds and not dying. Well this is
the proof those stories may be true. Aside from the initial flinch when
he gets out of the car in the beginning, he doesn't even notice he's
being shot. Keep in mind these are just the hits you can see, I'm sure
he takes at least a few more before he goes down, but due to the shitty
camera it's hard to tell. That's why it took me 2 hours to count just
the ones I listed here.

0:06 The first 2 rounds hit
the guy. First one is middle abdomen towards the left side, the second
round hits near the same spot but penetrates the left bicep, which
explains his awkward left hand position. Watch his jacket, you can
barely see the first round go through his shirt

Takes one just above the right knee there's a barely visible puff of
smoke and immediately after you can see two rounds strike the rear
drivers door. One near the top of the door at or just above his belt
line, the second round hits the lower middle of the door right in front
of the tire. Right as his left foot is flat on the ground and he is
starting to lift his right is when he gets hit.

0:11 - 0:14 He takes at least 3 right in the dick, one more possible upper inside of the right thigh.

0:18 front neck, just under the chin

0:21 takes one right in the left front side of his neck

takes 3 top of the right leg right at the joint between his leg and
pelvis. It looks like that 3 round is what drops him. I'm guessing it
severed his spinal column or he passed out from shock.

he hits the ground and rolls himself over, after this point he starts
taking rounds too fast to count. Some of his movements are reflex
twitches, but he is still alive at this point.

1:10 the police stop shooting at this point and you can clearly see he's still moving and breathing,

1:16 fatal head shot.
