3*One thing I forgot to explain in this one take tutorial is the quick explosion. When you throw a remote mine you can detonate it before it lands by holding X and hitting A.*
Here is a tutorial for the mine throw for Chicago agent. This is a fairly simple trick that only requires a bit of precision and a tiny bit of timing. Should be learnable within 20-30 minutes easy. I hope this helps anyone out there having trouble and would like to know how to do this mission to either get a better time, or to know how to do RTA strats for this mission for full game runs.
