Peacock's only normal ways of punishing Eliza's DP from max range are argus (qcf+PP), which costs meter, or MP bang (qcf+MP), which is a 1 frame punish and doesn't lead to a meterless combo. If you have an item held, you can punish with item drop into dashjump j.HP instead. I figured I'd record this in case it's useful to anyone else.
