Penny Racers on the PS2 is one of the better racing games made by Midas Interactive. It still suffers with controls that are too responsive, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes a decent game to play and does offer more of a challenge than most budget PS2 racing games.
The tracks are well designed and everything is quite clear giving you a decent view of the distance. The graphics are quite polished and car designs i like aswel.
Its not a great racing game compared to the top sellers on the system, but if you like budget games like i do then you should enjoy this one. It has some nice elements to it and it gets challenging at times.
