Peppermint OS is a lightweight Linux distribution designed for Internet usage, although has a few locally installed games and apps. Its based on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and comes with a mixture of desktop components and apps from XFCE, LXDE, Gnome, and Cinnamon.

Both 32 and 64 bit versions of the OS are available, which makes Peppermint suitable for older systems.

This review is of the full system install of Peppermint OS 9. Minimal system install didn’t work for me.
