It's time for Mission 5: Pelagic II and Deep Sea, followed by Mission 6: Carrington Institute - Defense. I always really loved the Pelagic mission. The story, if you're confused why any of this is a mission, is as follows: Joanna and Elvis are sneaking onto the Pelagic II diving vessel, since it is the only one capable of reaching the ocean floor where an alien megaweapon called the Cetan rests. The Skedar (dinosaur things that cloak as blonde men in white robes) have stolen it after the President refused to loan it to dataDyne (who the Skedar are manipulating), with intentions of using the weapon to destroy Earth (exactly like the Death Star of Star Wars), and then the Maian (grey aliens like Elvis) homeworld. Maians are friendly, and Daniel Carrington (Joanna's boss) has been secretly communicating with them for years from a device in his office - hence why we are chilling with Elvis. Destroying the war-loving Skedar will put the universe at peace.
