4Man, the Eagles made it painstakingly difficult for the Bills to score. Only points of the first quarter was off a Safety. Otherwise, it was like playing against a juiced up linebacker core that always broke through the tackles, sacking Jim Kelly and stuffing Thurman Thomas. Second quarter was only a slight improvement; we made a field goal, and our defense was able to force a scoop-and-score to make it 15-0 at halftime.
In total, I've only had two offensive scores off some freakishly awesome offensive plays, two field goals, two defensive TD's, and a safety. Final score was 39-0, and yet it felt like a brutally hard-fought match until the very end. Hopefully, this will be the last we see of the Eagles.
