Titanfall 2 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts. The sequel to Titanfall (2014), the game was released in October 2016 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The plot focuses on a infantry soldier named Jack Cooper, who aspires to be a pilot of a Titan, which are large mechas used for war. Titanfall 2 was released to very positive reviews from critics. Praise has been given to the game's addition to a deeper single-player campaign, multiplayer and gameplay, with many critics agreeing it to be a large improvement over its predecessor.
