Welcome back for yet another Full Moon operation boss fight video! It's the fourth, and it's in August. I had to prepare myself a lot for this one beforehand so that I don't get too weak! Overall, I think this one wasn't necessarily *that* bad. It's pretty annoying though I'd say. I'd say even the strongest full moon boss thus far; you unexpectedly encounter a tank that separates into 2: the body and the turret. The turret is stronger. However there's a gimmick; if you eliminate one and not the other, the other will use Samarecarm to fully revive its incapacitated other part. To win this fight, you have to eliminate both at the same time, in the same turn! (Gawd, Persona 5 Royal Okumura boss fight flashbacks...) You can't beat the boss while in "Unite" state. If you beat it in this state, it immediately goes into Separate mode. That's where you have to kill both.

Now, that"s where the boss fight gets trickier! Do not panic if they use Samarecarm. You'll have to take advantage of the tactics.
Heal/Support when HP is low or when a status is inflicted that they can remove by themselves. If you have an item that can cure any ailments on the entire party, do not hesitate to use it!! It's not there for nothing! Same goes for bead chain. I used up twice, but nothing wrong with that! They're called "items" for a reason.
Anyways, Act freely is not a recommended tactic to keep on for the entire fight. Constantly cast debuffs on the enemy at the start, and buffs on you too if possible. When it's low on HP, you might want to switch to tactic "Full Assault" for everyone when on Unite mode! Then when it has no more HP it immediately separates. That's where the Full Assault thing comes in! You've got about 2 turns (or usually 3) to eliminate it before it goes back to Unite. Do not eliminate one, the other will revive immediately! It is recommended to use a multi hit medium physical skill (like Gale Slash), no spells because all you have is light at the moment. If you're afraid you'll fail to destroy them both in time, wait until they switch back to Unite while in separated mode. Heal your party constantly, put everyone on stand by! Give everyone buffs or the enemy debuffs in the meantime. Then assault the Tank in Unite mode, it'll switch back to Separation, now finish off both in the same turn! Gale Slash or Megido will do just fine!

The fear/panic status can be annoying, so use items that'll cure ailments for your entire party, since you don't have such a skill yet. For poison, dis-poison or Posumudi if you (somehow, conveniently) still have this skill on any of your Personas. Although that skill only cures for one individual. Poison Mist is so broken sometimes. Having Personas with Counter can help in this fight; they use mostly physical skills.

I was hesitating between Aigis and Junpei at the beginning cause I was prioritizing who to level up instead of who will make things easier or effectively. I definitely should've picked Aigis on this one but ah well!
If anything, a party recommended for this fight is definitely; Aigis, Yukari and Junpei. Akihiko is also good, but his healing spells are too weak, and he doesn't get Diarama for a while I bet. Mitsuru doesn't seem to have multi heal spells as well. Yukari helps in this one, and Junpei/Aigis carry you! You can alternatively use Akihiko instead of Junpei if you want. Akihiko is mainly buff/electric based than physical, but still a good pick. Hard to choose eh? Go with Aigis/Akihiko/Yukari. I think that's the best one. Aigis already has Kill Rush at the start, that Junpei doesn't learn for a whiiiile! Physical and healing should be your main concern here.

Now, battle strategy aside, story time! So it seems we had an unexpected encounter, we met the two characters we saw a lot during story cutscenes, the revolver hippie Jesus is named Takaya, and the one in Ski attire is Jin apparently, and they intend to keep the Dark Hour and Tartarus alive simply because they want to keep their meaningless power for themselves in exchange of letting people to suffer and die. They lock us up underground unfortunately, but we got out. They are also Persona users, as mentioned by them. It seems they are our enemies. Thanks for watching and taking the time to read this if you did, have a great day. See you again until the next full moon operation!
