"Today is the volleyball rally. That means it’s going to be your first and best chance to talk to the abused victims on the volleyball team.
After the rally, you’ll talk to Ryuji and settle on talking to a student in class 2-D (your class) first. You’ll also gain access to the fast travel feature. Try it out by bringing up your map (R1) and selecting “Classroom” from the options.
Once there, talk to the heavily bandaged student by the chalkboard with the speech cloud above his head. You can tackle these conversations for this section as considerately or bluntly as you choose. The results will all be the same.
The next student you need to talk to is a third year from class 3-C. This school has the upper years on the first floors and the corresponding room numbers, so the first floor has the 3 rooms for third years and the third floor has 1 rooms for first years. Head down to the first floor and you’ll see Ann talking to her friend. Eavesdrop if you want, but otherwise head down the hall and talk/listen to the bandaged student outside of 3-C.
After a quick chat via text with Ryuji and an introduction to the IM system, head up to the third floor and talk to the student outside of 1-B. After that, you’ll be taken through a few conversations with other students that you can answer how you please.
Wrap up the day by heading to bed and texting Ryuji. Though you can pick any answer when texting him, the “most correct” answer for the first dialogue options is “Because volleyball.” The results of the conversation won’t change if you feel like picking something else, though.
Much of your day at school will consist of being spoken to or listening to others. Your first real interaction will be with Shiho, Ann’s best friend.
You can answer her questions how you please, but the answer that will make her happiest to hear is the second option (“They don’t bother me.) in the second set of dialogue options. Overall, though, answer however you want.
You’ll then talk to Ryuji. You can choose any answer with the first set of dialogue options, but you’ll need to pick both in the second set to unlock a third choice. After talking with Ryuji, head on home.
If you’re a bit confused at how to get back, head east down the street and you’ll get to the train station. Board the train and then walk straight across from it once you get off to go down stairs. After walking through the gate, head west to go down the stairs to the Station Square. That will trigger an interaction with Ann.
Answer Ann however you please and then chase after her. She’ll head down the stairs at Shibuya Station and then down the escalator right near it. Take a right (head west) when you’re at the bottom and you’ll find her by a green pillar. Talk to her and have her leave with you to find somewhere better to talk. She’ll open up to you about something rather dark and painful but will feel better for talking to you about it.
After talking to her, you’ll see a conversation between two members of the volleyball team, Mishima and Shiho. After that, you’ll automatically go home and talk to your guardian, Sojiro. Answer his questions how you please, but he’ll be pleased to hear you made a friend if you choose that option. You’ll head up stairs and text Ryuji at that before you can head to bed."
