Using the latest RPCS3 (14th of August 2020). Settings in RPCS3 are default except for the following : I upscaled the game to 1080p and unlocked it's framerate with the help of this video :

There have been areas where my FPS dropped to ~20 minimum, sometimes ~24-25 (mostly in towns in real world and during some cutscenes), but overall combat performance was flawless so far - the game was originally locked to 30 FPS, everything else is a bonus.
