Persona 5 Royal - Boss 5: Shadow Okumura

It's time to face the infamous Shadow Okumura! A boss that is very problematic for a lot of players, but proper preparations help a lot, which I've started for a long time by crafting a lot of elemental items. You also want Joker with group elemental spells, second or third tier ideally, and Concentrate is also very nice to have (It can be found on Thoth and passed from him).
As you arrive on the scene, you get a timer to follow the boss, nothing too bad, you even have time to dispatch the enemies in your way if you're so inclined. The boss fight itself comes with its own timer, set to 30 minutes, leaving you no time to waste!
Shadow Okumura hides behind several waves of robots, and if a wave isn't dispatched in two turns, they'll be replaced by fresh versions, wasting a lot of valuable time. Each wave has different weaknesses:
1st Wave:
- Wind
- Fire
2nd Wave:
-Psy
3rd Wave:
- Nuke
- Electricity
4th Wave:
- Wind
- Bless
5th Wave:
- Curse
- Psy
The idea is to have Joker use Concentrate, then party members using either spells or items to strike the appropriate weaknesses and creating a Baton Pass chain back to Joker who should end things with a Concentrated Ma- spell, if Joker didn't get a chance to Concentrate, it's no big deal, two spells at max Baton Pass should deal a lot of damage, if not kill the wave outright.
After going through these five waves, an Execurobo MDL-ED will appear, this one has no weaknesses so you'll have to take it out the long way, it has a tendency to target Haru, so Tetrakarn on her can lead to it damaging itself. Most notably, it has a fairly powerful two-stage attack, Big Bang Order acts as a Concentrate of sorts, ensuring the following Big Bang Challenge, an Almighty attack, will always hit for significant damage that should be Guarded against. There is one exception however, if a character is afflicted with the Hunger status, Big Bang Challenge will not damage them, and instead cure them, so keep that in mind!
Après the Execurobo goes down, the Cognitive Haru will join the fight, she is particularly weak, but after it is weakened enough, Shadow Okumura will order her to self-destruct, up to you to destroy her before it happens, or to guard against it.
After she goes down, only the boss himself with remain, and one single hit should put him out of his misery and end this gauntlet!
