Kill Stealer (KS) deals more damage to enemies that are already damaged for over half of their HP.

Kill stealer currently has zero upgrades that are actually worth taking. Just let it's skill levels do things instead.

Currently the only tower to get camo detection from skill levels.

Has low base damage but has one bonus damage just for existing.
