Ultimatum is like shotgun, but it deals way more damage and it actually admits it's an reload relying weapon.

Probably pretty good with characters with any amount of damage stat and reload stat.

Don't use it with hitman this is literally a short-melee range weapon

I guess it's an cheap option to deal with unstable matter's shields or something.
