This is one of the toughest fights in the game! Not only Dark Force is stronger, but you have only four characters.
First thing to notice is you can save your game right before the fight, don't lose the opportunity! This way if you can't beat him you can use this last save to level up and go get some more items for the fight.
Also don't forget you can now buy perfumes. Even if they are expensive, do not hesitate to fill your stock and to use it as much as necessary when fighting the boss. Each time Dark Force uses its Shadow Bind attack, use Saner to counter its effect.
Be very cautious and heal a lot, and this hard fight will be winnable.
