The overworld bosses are a good deal of fun. Anyways I believe this boss only appears in northwest Aelio during a thunderstorm, sort of a warmup for the powerful weather bosses that are going to start spawning in a few weeks from now.

The Banshee fights like an advanced version of it's PSO2 counterpart with the claw swipes and roars. It now a lot more agile and can focus it's roar into essentially a beam attack that not only sweeps but goes after your location..

At half health she seems to buff herself with lightning and gains the ability to call down lightning to the battlefield.

There's also another variant of Banshee down in souther Aelio known as the Ard Banshee that's only level 3 and doesn't have the lightning so it must be easier right? No not in the slightest. The ard Banshee isn't dangerous on its own but she spawns extremely close to the Veteran Daityl Axe. One of the strongest bosses you can currently find in the overworld outside of a raid and if you know Daityls it will snipe you with a laser that may as well be instant death.
