Works well, the only thing holding it back from perfection is the torso and arm models move with your head similar to things seen in Necromunda Hired Gun and others.

Some odd specular lighting seems to be in one eye but not enough to get me to move. The movement feels pretty smooth and fluid in VR, but you will need to hit pretty solid framerates to avoid motion sickness in this I think.
