The demo only goes from the prologue to the end of chapter 2.
As far as I know...the Graphics and Performance options don't seem to work in the demo.

Marona is reprised by Sandy Fox, who is the eternal voice actor for Flonne from Disgaea, and has voiced Minette Napkatti in Bravely Second, Patty Fleur (...huh) in Tales of Vesperia, Mieu and Tamara in Tales of the Abyss, and Chibi-Usa in the Viz dub of Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal.
